YoHoHo.io is a battle royale simulation. You play as a stranded sailor fighting for gold on a shrinking island. Your main goal is to become the biggest pirate by defeating all rivals. You must collect treasure and avoid toxic gas to survive until the end.
You must roam the tropical map to find gold coins. Every piece of loot you grab makes your character larger and stronger. You should focus on picking up treasure left behind by defeated enemies. Growing in size gives you a longer reach and more health during combat.
You have to time your strikes carefully to take down other players. You should hold the attack button to charge up a powerful dash move. Releasing the button sends your pirate flying forward with a deadly sword swing. This special move is perfect for catching faster opponents or escaping a trap.
You must stay inside the safe zone as the red fog closes in. This poisonous gas slowly shrinks the playable area to force players together. Watch the map to stay clear of the deadly fumes. Moving outside the circle drains your health until you die.

You can also recruit loyal pets that help you regenerate health during battle. You can track your total kills and gold collected on a personal stats page.
